TCS Light Cassing
One layer of flexible braid that adapts to the terrain to ensure maximum performance, exceptional reliability and low rotating mass.

DUAL DNA COMPOUND
Dual DNA is the perfect combination of performance, grip and durability. The center tread has a harder rubber compound for faster rolling and increased durability, while the sidewalls are made of softer, slower bouncing rubber for improved control and grip.

LIGHT FAST ROLLING
A harder, faster and more efficient tread compound on the centerline of the tire. The sidewalls and side blocks of the tire are coated with a soft compound designed to be compliant, yet worthy of the trail.

SG2
TCS Light single ply mountain tires are available with SG2 puncture protection. SG2 is a lightweight nylon layer that protects all areas of the tire with an additional level of puncture protection. SG2 bead-to-bead technology also improves sidewall stability and overall tire support without the added weight of the Tough carcass (double layer). The flat nylon fibers in SG2 reduce the amount of rubber needed to fill the gaps between the fibers compared to traditional round fiber protective layers. The increased fiber-to-rubber ratio increases puncture resistance while reducing weight and improving flexibility compared to our Tough cover. Independent laboratory tests have shown that the Bead-to-bead SG2 provides 80% better sidewall protection than traditional single-ply tires without SG2.
