What is In-Mold technology?

In-Mold Technology is the process of bonding the helmet shell to a layer of polystyrene to create a solid, durable helmet. The foamed polystyrene is injected into a thin layer of helmet shell when it is in the mould. The entire structure is therefore not created separately and then welded together. This guarantees a much better dispersion of force during impact, greater resistance, providing greater safety than traditional glued helmets.
