What is it and how does it work?
Compared to standard systems, Lazer Rollsys ® is a fully integrated mechanism that completely wraps around the rider's head via a cable. By turning the thumb wheel on the top of the helmet - Rollsys System ® allows precise and progressive adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference. The fit of the helmet will be done symmetrically without any pressure on the head. The Rollsys system ® offers innovative one-handed use and is easy to use even while driving. By removing the standard adjustment knob on the back of the head and replacing it with the knob at the top, it makes space on the back of the head. Rollsys® is also a great option for people with long hair and ponytail wear.

In Mold - is the process of bonding the micro shell of the helmet with a layer of polystyrene to create a solid, durable helmet. The polystyrene is injected into a thin layer of the micro-shell while it is in the mold. The entire structure is not created separately and then joined together.
