We designed the Super Air R from the ground up to push the boundaries of performance and versatility. With class-leading Flex Spherical MIPS technology, excellent ventilation, a total weight of 22% or 144 grams lighter than its predecessor and an easy 2-click detachable jaw, this is a truly versatile all-mountain helmet.

SPECIFICATION:

NUMBER OF VENTS: 18 air vents, 4 front inlets, 8 holes in the jaw

VENTILATION: Ventilation holes over the eyebrows at the front of the helmet allow cool air to enter and push through the air ducts to ventilate the entire head.

MIPS: FLEX Spherical + MIPS - COMPLETE ENERGY MANAGEMENT - Flex Spherical increases our ability to deal with high speed impacts, low speed impacts and rotational impacts. Think of it as comprehensive protection, with the added benefit of being able to design better helmet ventilation.

CONSTRUCTION: Progressive layering: the process of designing a helmet design with variable density EPS foam to better manage the energy transmission during certain impacts.

The combination of a polycarbonate shell in the In-Mold process - A process pioneered by Bell, connects the outer shell of the helmet with the EPS foam structure to create a stronger helmet.

BACKGROUND: Adjustable canopy: fits both goggles and glasses.

MATCHING SYSTEM: Float Fit - Minimalist, lightweight fitting system with easily rotatable rubberized adjustment knob (integrated in MIPS)

INTERNAL: The design of the eyebrow pads drains moisture away from the eyebrow pad and away from glasses.

X-Static inserts - Fast-drying material, woven with real silver fibres, inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi that cause unpleasant odours.

SAFETY: The safety jaw: The detachable safety jaw, designed for trail driving - without tools. Warning: All safety jaws have limitations and can result in serious injury or death. Read the user manual carefully before using the helmet.

CAMERA FITTING: Integrated Breakaway Camera Mount - The trouble-free camera mount, requiring no wristbands or straps, is designed to fall off on impact to reduce the risk of injury.
