TECHNOLOGIES:

FusionTM In-Mold Micro Shell- In-Mold technology is a process of bonding a helmet's micro shell to a layer of polystyrene to create a robust, durable helmet. The polystyrene is injected into a thin layer of micro-shell while it is in the mould. The entire structure is therefore not created separately and then bonded together.

Float Fit™ system: infinite one-handed adjustment of circumference and height on 4 levels for lasting, accurate and comfortable stability.

No-Twist Tri-Glides™ - adjustable, flat straps that hold the helmet firmly in position.

Overbrow Ventilation™ - A duct system that draws cool air from the front and moves it through the air duct matrix to reduce overheating.

MIPS - Multi-Directional Impact Protection System- This is a system that separates the helmet from the inner liner with a special extra layer placed on elastic attachments. In short, it looks like an additional thin and quite soft layer of plastic inside the helmet, which slightly "slides". It is to this that the inner sponges are attached.

This system ensures that the forces acting on the cyclist's brain during a fall are reduced. MIPS is designed to protect not only against vertical impacts, but also oblique impacts, and these are said to be the most dangerous to the head, even in a helmet. Within a few milliseconds of impact, the MIPS shell moves a few millimetres.

The system looks quite inconspicuous, but it's the reason why, during a fall, the helmet will shift minimally on the head taking the full impact.
