TECHNOLOGIES:
FusionTM Microshell In-Mold- In-Mold technology is the process of fusing the helmet microshell with a layer of Styrofoam to create a solid, durable helmet. Styrofoam is injected into the thin layer of the microshell while it is in the mold. The entire structure is not created separately and later welded together.
Float Fit™ system: smooth one-handed adjustment of circumference and height on 4 levels ensuring lasting, accurate and comfortable stability.
No-Twist Tri-Glides™ - adjustable, flat straps that keep the helmet stable in position.
Overbrow Ventilation™ - channel system taking cool air from the front and moving it through the air duct matrix to reduce overheating.
MIPS< /strong> - Multi-Directional Impact Protection System - This is a system that separates the helmet from the inner lining with a special additional layer placed on flexible hooks. In short, it looks like an additional thin and quite soft layer of plastic material inside the helmet, which slides slightly. This is where the internal sponges are attached.
This system reduces the forces acting on the cyclist's brain during a fall. MIPS is intended to protect not only against vertical impacts, but also oblique ones, and these are apparently the most dangerous for the head, even when wearing a helmet. Within a few milliseconds of impact, the MIPS coating moves a few millimeters.
The system looks quite inconspicuous, but it is thanks to it that during a fall the helmet will move minimally on the head to absorb the entire impact.
