The modern Uvex p. 8000 tour helmet is a combination of comfort and performance. Very lightweight, perfectly ventilated and precisely adjusted, thanks to the modern BOA regulation system. In addition, the helmet is equipped with the RECCO system, which makes it possible to find avalanche victims. This model meets the safety standards for climbing (EN 12492), cycling (EN 1078) and skiing (EN 1077 B) helmets. Additional advantages are also the ultra-lightweight lining and the helmet's adaptation to the headlamp. This helmet won the ISPO AWARD 2016/17! Downhill 2000 VP X goggles with code 55/0/111 are recommended for this helmet. The helmet is available in three colour versions.

• Double inmould technology - Inmould EPS foam (high quality polystyrene) is injected into a shockproof polycarbonate shell. The result is a lightweight but very stable structure. The double inmould technology retains all the advantages of the Inmould technology, but with the additional polycarbonate shell that covers the lower part of the helmet, the life of the helmet and protection against damage is increased.
• This model meets the safety standards for climbing (EN 12492), cycling (EN 1078) and skiing (EN 1077 B) helmets.
• RECCO system for tracing avalanche victims
• Ventilation system - the vents ensure optimal air circulation, reducing heat inside the helmet. Ventilation ducts are designed to allow cold air to enter under the shell and to discharge warm air to the outside.
