SIS OVERNIGHT PROTEIN is a milky protein drink with chocolate flavor and sweeteners. Protein supplement for the night can be consumed hot or cold. Each serving (35g) provides 26g of casein and whey protein, supporting the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass during sleep.

How to use:

With a measuring cup (included), measure 35 g of SIS Overnight Protein conditioner, pour it into a container, then pour 250 ml of water over it and mix thoroughly (a special shaker works best). Eat it cold or heat it for 70 seconds in a microwave oven (700W). After heating, set aside for a minute, then mix and drink.

Recommended to drink an hour before bedtime.
