During exercise, we can produce up to 2 liters of sweat per hour depending on environmental conditions and the intensity of exercise. Together with sweat, we also lose essential electrolytes, including sugar. Salt is the most important electrolyte because it helps stimulate thirst, improves taste and promotes the absorption and retention of essential nutrients.

If fluid and electrolyte losses are not replaced within a short period of time, dehydration occurs, which is the main cause of fatigue. Instructions for use:

Recommended use:
