The SHIMANO SM-RT900 bicycle brake discs, featuring a three-layer layered construction, are the pinnacle of mountain bike braking systems, guaranteeing high braking power during the most aggressive riding! Using Ice Technologies Freeza technology, the aluminium cooling fins together with the stainless steel sides with aluminium core significantly reduce the heating of the brake system, lowering the temperature by around 100°C, guaranteeing even braking even on long descents. The brake disc mounting system with locking ring, on the other hand, is based on Center Lock technology, which enables the discs to be mounted and removed efficiently by means of a spline and a special locking ring design; in addition, secure mounting through the splines increases precision and rigidity while improving braking performance.
