Shimano road shoes model SH-R107 are the perfect solution for demanding amateurs. The stiffened sole with a carbon plate makes the shoe transfer energy to the pedal much better than basic, cheaper models. It is intended for amateurs taking part in competitions or for everyday training. Two adhesive pads and a third strap with a buckle ensure very good foot support.
