EMBOSSED TPU COATING

Our TPU coating is widely used in the medical and aerospace industries. The embossed coating is much more durable, compact and allows the TPU formula to be used. It is a much more effective technique than the commonly used lamination on the market, which is less resistant to delamination.
To prevent the growth of fungi and mould inside the mattress, the TPU coating has been enhanced with an additional antibacterial layer. This allows you to inflate the mattress in a safe and hygienic way using one of the two available valves.
