Based on the Lazera Rollsys ® system, the Autofit solution was created , eliminating the need to manually adjust the helmet fit. The new system is fully integrated with the helmet and invisible outside the shell. The patented Autofit system connects the rear basket and front adjustment straps, allowing for constant tension between these two elements.
So adjusting the fit is as easy as putting on a helmet. You insert your head while moving the back part away from the front part, and the Autofit system will automatically tighten around your head for an optimal fit every time, said Chris Smith of Lazer Sport. In Mold - this is the process of bonding the helmet's micro shell with a layer of Styrofoam to create a solid, durable helmet. Styrofoam is injected into a thin layer of the micro shell while it is in the mold. The entire structure is not created separately and then welded together.
