What is In-Mold technology?

Technology In-Mold is the process of bonding the helmet shell with a layer of Styrofoam to create a solid, durable helmet. Styrofoam is injected into the thin layer of the shell while it is in the mold. The entire structure is not created separately and later welded together. This guarantees much better dispersion of force during impact, greater resistance, ensuring greater safety than traditional glued helmets.
