TECHNOLOGIES:

Based on the Lazera Rollsys ® system, an Autofit solution has been developed, eliminating the need to manually adjust the fit of the helmet. The new system is fully integrated into the helmet and invisible outside the shell. The patented Autofit system connects the rear cage and the front adjustment straps, allowing a constant tension between the two elements.

The Autofit ® system is designed to provide even and consistent pressure without feeling uncomfortable. Whatever the size or shape of your head, Autofit ® adjusts automatically and will ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

Adjusting the fit is therefore as simple as putting on the helmet. You insert your head while moving the back part away from the front part, and the Autofit system automatically tightens around your head and adjusts the fit optimally every time, said Chris Smith of Lazer Sport. The operation is very simple and makes this system an ideal solution, especially in children's helmets, without any unnecessary adjustments, and will take away the frustration for parents caused by helmet fit problems.

In Mold - is the process of bonding a micro helmet shell to a layer of polystyrene foam to create a solid, durable helmet. The polystyrene is injected into the thin layer of microshell while it is in the mould. The entire structure is therefore not created separately and later welded together.
