FLR F-55 are MTB cycling shoes fully compatible with SHIMANO SPD system. Equipped with 3 velcro straps. Provide a very good grip on the foot. Thanks to mesh ventilation holes the foot has adequate air flow.

The shoes have very good midfoot and heel hold, and are slightly wider at the toes.
