< p>During exercise, we can produce up to 2 liters of sweat per hour, depending on environmental conditions and the intensity of exercise. Together with sweat, we also lose essential electrolytes, including sodium. Sodium is the most important electrolyte because it helps stimulate thirst, improves taste and promotes the absorption and retention of essential nutrients.

If fluid and electrolyte losses are not replaced quickly, dehydration occurs, which is the main cause of fatigue. When we become dehydrated, our body temperature increases; heart rate also increases; as a result, we deplete our supply of carbohydrates faster and we perceive that the exercises are more intense.

SiS GO Hydro helps prevent this phenomenon and minimizes the risk of dehydration and loss of the most important electrolytes.

Instructions for use:

• Dissolve 1 tablet of SiS GO Hydro in 500 ml of water
• After preparation, consume within 24 hours.
• Do not consume more than 4 tablets a day.

Recommended use:

• Drink 500ml of SiS GO Hydro 3-4 hours before the start of the event and another 250-500ml shortly before the start.
• When performing lower intensity exercises where carbohydrate consumption is not necessary, drink 500 ml of SiS GO Hydro per hour.
