In this case, our body starts to use the stored reserves in the form of glycogen. That's why it's important to replenish them after exercise and allow the body to recover faster.

SiS REGO Rapid Recovery contains soy protein with a complete amino acid profile, with 2g of leucine added to support muscle protein synthesis and recovery. Leucine is an amino acid which, among other things, sends information to muscle cells during exercise about the availability of a building substance, thus triggering protein synthesis, which in turn leads to the building of muscle mass.

Directions for use

Dissolve 50 g ( 3 scoops) in 500 ml water and mix well. Product to be consumed within 30 minutes after physical activity. Do not mix with milk as this reduces the absorption rate.
