Energy barsSIS GO Energy Bar provide long-lasting energy during exercise. Losing carbohydrate stores during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. Therefore, it is important to provide additional carbohydrates during exercise. The bars improve performance and delay the onset of fatigue. They consist of fruits and juices combined with grains and soy. They maintain a constant consistency, so it can be successfully used on hot days (it does not melt).

When should you eat bars compared to SiS gels?
The bars contain 27 g of quickly absorbing carbohydrates (per 40g bar) can be used with meals or between meals to increase carbohydrate intake. Please remember that solid foods require more energy to be absorbed by the body. However, energy from solid foods is released gradually, so it lasts longer than other energy supplements served in liquid form.
How often should I eat during exercise?
