What is In-Mold technology?

In-Mold technology is a process of bonding the helmet shell with a layer of polystyrene to create a solid, durable helmet. The polystyrene is injected into the thin shell layer while it is in the mould. The entire structure is therefore not created separately and later bonded together. This guarantees much better force dispersion during impact, greater resistance, providing greater safety than traditional glued helmets.
