Compared to standard Lazer Rollsys systems ® is a fully integrated mechanism that completely surrounds the cyclist's head with a cable. By turning the wheel located at the top of the helmet with your thumb - Rollsys System ® allows for precise and progressive adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference. The helmet fit will be symmetrical without putting pressure on the head. Rollsys system ® offers innovative one-handed use and is easy to operate even while driving. By removing the standard adjustment knob at the back of the head and replacing it with a knob at the top, free space is made at the back of the Rollsys head. it is also a perfect solution for people with long hair and ponytails.

In Mold -is the process of bonding the helmet's micro shell with a layer of Styrofoam to create a solid, durable helmet. Styrofoam is injected into a thin layer of the micro shell while it is in the mold. The entire structure is not created separately and later welded together.
