Easy to use dial system for adjusting helmet size. By turning the knob you adjust the size of the fastening system to ensure the most comfortable fit of the helmet to your head.

In Mold - is a process of bonding a micro helmet shell to a layer of polystyrene foam to create a solid, durable helmet. The polystyrene is injected into a thin layer of the microshell while it is in the mould. The entire structure is therefore not created separately and later welded together.
