The main purpose of wearing a helmet is to avoid head injuries during a fall. The fit of the helmet is therefore very important, you are paying for great safety, and comfort is a dividend. What is it and how does it work?
Compared to standard systems, Lazer Rollsys ® is a fully integrated a mechanism that completely surrounds the cyclist's head with a cable. By turning the wheel located in the upper part of the helmet with the thumb, the Rollsys System ® allows for precise and progressive adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference. The helmet fit will be symmetrical without putting pressure on the head. The Rollsys system ® offers innovative one-handed use and is easy to operate even while riding. By removing the standard adjustment knob at the back of the head and replacing it with a knob at the top, free space is made at the back of the head. Rollsys® is also a great solution for people with long hair and ponytails.

Since the Rollsys ® system was launched on the market (Eurobike Show - Germany), it was immediately awarded for its design and innovation. It has proven its accuracy and durability in tests on thousands of cyclists. In other words... these are reasons enough to include Rollsys® in every newly developed Lazer helmet.

In Mold -< /strong> is the process of bonding the helmet's micro shell with a layer of Styrofoam to create a solid, durable helmet. Styrofoam is injected into a thin layer of the micro shell while it is in the mold. The entire structure is not created separately and then joined together.
