SPONSER® POWER PORRIDGE food for special nutritional uses will ensure your success throughout your active day! A special combination of complex carbohydrates and high-quality proteins ensures long-lasting performance thanks to well-filled energy reserves and optimally nourished muscles. POWER PORRIDGE provides lasting but easily digestible energy. Oatmeal also contains natural sources of important minerals and can be easily prepared with water or milk in just a few minutes. Also suitable as a snack between meals or as a pre-competition meal!

The composition of POWER PORRIDGE is based mainly on oat flakes and whey protein isolates, enriched with waxy maize starch and the patented VitargoTM carbohydrate from barley starch. VitargoTM has a molecular weight approximately 100 times greater than maltodextrin, which contributes to lower osmolarity and a longer energy supply. POWER PORRIDGE also contains OatWell® brand oat bran concentrate, rich in beta-glucans and oat bran. These soluble dietary fibers provide the oatmeal's swelling properties, which are also responsible for its good digestibility. In addition, their gelling properties contribute to a sustainable energy supply.

Application 

Suitable as breakfast, snack or the last meal before the competition. Consume 2-4 hours before activity, depending on the type of exercise and duration. 
Add 3 tablespoons of the Power Porridge scoop (approx. 60 g) to 100 ml of water + 100 ml of milk, boil briefly and leave to thicken for 2-3 minutes. Refine as desired with cinnamon, apple slices, raisins, nuts, etc. On competition days, it is recommended to prepare only with water.
