Even if you are following a balanced diet, some essential nutrient requirements are difficult to meet. SPONSER®'s unique OMEGA-3 PLUS composition provides a sufficient amount of Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA / DHA) and vitamin D3 ("sun exposure"). OMEGA-3 PLUS does not require preservatives due to its liquid form and offers a higher concentration of EPA and DHA than conventional capsules. Just two teaspoons (10ml) contain 1640mg EPA and 1300mg DHA with high quality and purity. Our fish oil is obtained from sustainable and certified wild fish caught in the cold Northwest Sea regions and further processed in Norway. A natural refreshing citrus aroma has been added to mask the unpleasant taste of the fish. The formula is additionally supplemented with vitamin D3, the so-called solar vitamin, because many of the population suffer from vitamin D deficiency in winter. Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D are essential for many body functions, including cardiovascular system and immune defense.

Application

We recommend taking OMEGA-3 PLUS every day, morning or evening, but shortly before physical activity. Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening to preserve quality (6 weeks). 
Ingestion: Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) daily. 10 ml will satisfy the recommended daily nutrient intake (3 g EPA + DHA). According to EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), a maximum amount of 5 g of EPA + DHA can be safely consumed per day. Human studies on the health effects of EPA and DHA are typically performed with doses between 2-5 g per day (6.7 - 16.7 ml).
