• 1. Are the goods visible in the store available?

    Yes. Presented goods in 99.99% are in our warehouse. The store has attached current stock, which is updated online. You can not order more pieces or sizes than we currently have in stock.
  • 2. Can I exchange the ordered product, return it?

    Yes. You always have the right to return, exchange, complain about purchased goods. That is why it is important to keep the proof of purchase.

  • 3. What are the shipping costs?

  • 4. Can you count on a discount?

    The permanent rebate is free shipping, as well as temporary promotions of individual products. More on the free shipment, see above.

  • 5. Do you have to register to make purchases?

    You do not have to, but it's worth it. You can place orders without registering in the store.

    However, thanks to registration you will be able to shop faster and use rebates granted to regular customers, unavailable to people who have not registered.

  • 6. How can you place an order?

    You can place an order in 3 ways:

         - adding goods to the cart and filling in the appropriate boxes

         - by e-mail to the address sklep@mikesport.pl

         - by phone 12 312 53 09

    In the case of e-mail orders in the title of the message, please enter ORDER, and in the content give links to products along with their sizes. Then specify the payment method and delivery method, enter your address details. After accepting the order by the store's service, you will receive the order number which will be sent to your e-mail address. After sending the number, the order is forwarded for execution and you will be notified of its progress by e-mail.

  • 7. How can I delete my account from your store?

    It is enough to send such a request from a registered e-mail address to the address sklep@mikesport.pl. Upon receiving such request, the user's account will be removed from Our system.

  • 8. To which address should I send back products, returns, complaints?
