PROTEIN BAR 36 is a high-quality bar containing protein and carbohydrates. It additionally contains milk and soy proteins, wheat and sugar beet protein hydrolyzate, carbohydrates, 19 important vitamins and minerals.
Due to its high protein content, we recommend it especially for strength training and fitness. The high content of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and glutamine peptides supports muscle building and helps the body during regeneration. The bar is an excellent alternative to protein shakes.
