What is it and how does it work ?
Compared to standard systems, Lazer Rollsys ® is a fully integrated mechanism that, by means of a cord, surrounds the rider's head completely. By rotating the wheel on the top of the helmet with your thumb, the Rollsys System ® allows you to precisely and progressively adjust the helmet to your head circumference. The adjustment of the helmet will take place symmetrically without pressure on the head. The Rollsys System ® offers innovative one-handed use and is easy to operate even while riding. By removing the standard adjustment knob at the back of the head and replacing it with a knob at the top, a free space is made at the back of the head Rollsys® is also perfect for people with long hair and those wearing a ponytail.

Since the Rollsys ® system was launched (Eurobike Show - Germany), it was immediately rewarded for its design and innovation. In tests on thousands of cyclists it has proven its accuracy and robustness. In other words ... these are reasons enough to use Rollsys® in every newly developed Lazer helmet.

In Mold - is the process of bonding a micro helmet shell to a layer of polystyrene to create a solid, durable helmet. The polystyrene is injected into the thin layer of microshell while it is in the mould. The entire structure is therefore not created separately and later welded together.
