TECHNOLOGIES USED:

• MIPS system (MULTI-DIRECTIONAL IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM) - a system of multi-directional impact protection, used by leading manufacturers of bicycle helmets, still remains revolutionary as far as the quality of head protection during an impact is concerned. Its action consists in isolating the layer of the helmet directly adhering to the head from overloading and possible movements of the helmet shell during a fall, thanks to which the exposure of a part of the head during an accident becomes impossible. MIPS is a type of padding which (provided the helmet is properly fitted) always remains in the same place on the head, allowing a certain amount of movement of the helmet shell when hitting an obstacle or friction, this ensures that the overload and energy created during an accident is well distributed and the risk of head injury is kept to a minimum.
• Roc Loc® Air adjustment system - a new, innovative adjustment system that promotes efficient ventilation. The patented design holds the helmet a few millimetres above the top of the head, allowing cool air to flow directly around the head, increasing the efficiency of the vents and internal ducts to dissipate heat from under the helmet.
• Wind Tunnel™ ventilation system - this is a design incorporating active air intakes made in the shell of the helmet, connected to outlet ducts running inside the helmet, allowing fresh, cool air to flow around the head while exhausting warm, stale air. This is the most efficient helmet cooling system on the market.
• X-Static liner - made from a fabric containing pure silver fibres. Silver has natural antibacterial properties, reducing odour and regulating heat dissipation, so the helmet remains naturally fresh and pleasant to wear.
