WTB GROOV-E bicycle tire E-BIKE 27.5 '' x2.4''

The Groov-E is the first WTB tire specifically designed for e-bikes. The entire tread has a textured surface with water drainage grooves for excellent traction. It has a 60 TPI shielded carcass and an additional layer of rubber for unparalleled durability. Groov-E tires feature a reflective strip that improves safety by making cyclists more visible to drivers in an urban environment. It is equipped with a Flat Guard puncture protection, thanks to which the tire meets the requirements of the ECE-R75 moped certification for e-bike applications with high load and speed.

Technologies used:

FLAT GUARD

• The tire is equipped with an Urban Armor casing with additional rubber throughout the carcass and sidewall, preventing punctures while ensuring resistance to cornering stress and even occasional rubbing against curbs. Additionally, the Flat Guard has an extra layer of rubber across the entire tread width to provide even greater thickness in the area where the tires are most likely to encounter sharp, obtrusive objects.
