The Z20 is the result of years spent analysing helmet fit, optimising aerodynamics, reviewing test data, collecting real feedback and applying our combined knowledge of impact management. Our unique energy management system through progressive layering uses two separate layers: a hard shell made of EPS foam combined with an integrated MIPS system - enabling us to improve impact performance with multi-density foam while providing a more compact overall shape, sleek design and maximum ventilation. And by intelligently combining the MIPS layer and control system, the Z20 has set a new standard for fit and comfort. The perfect fit is further optimized by the Float Fit Race adjustment system, with adjustable occipital support and an intuitive, easy-to-use adjustment knob, and then finished with our comfortable and wicking X-Static. No matter how long, hot or difficult the ride, the Z20 will keep your head cool.

In-Mold process: A process pioneered by Bell, the polycarbonate shell combines the outer helmet shell with an EPS foam structure to create a stronger helmet.

MATCHING SYSTEM: Float Fit Race - a very lightweight fit system integrated with MIPS, a knob provides easy adjustment of the fit, a wide range of vertical adjustments, and elements supporting the occipital lining with additional foam for better comfort.

POWER BELTS: Quickly adjustable buckles that help keep the straps flat and properly positioned. Low weight of the straps.

INTERNAL: The design of the pads wicks moisture away from the eyebrow pad and away from glasses.

X-Static inserts - Fast-drying material, woven with real silver fibres, inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi that cause unpleasant odours.
