Directions for use:

After removing the nut from the hub axle, insert the cap into the center of the freewheel. Unscrew the freewheel cap with a 24 mm open-ended spanner. The easiest way to unscrew the freewheel is if you attach the cap in a vice and then unscrew the wheel with your hands.
