BCAA INSTANT from SPONSER® is a micronized and instant powder for preparation / mixing with sports drinks or cocktails. Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), leucine, isoleucine and valine, combined in a favorable 3: 1: 1 ratio, are essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself.

Function and application
BCAA INSTANT is equally suitable for use in strength and endurance sports. BCAAs are especially needed and metabolized during exercise. BCAA INSTANT allows you to refill drinks or shakes in a targeted manner to delay the breakdown of the body's own amino structures, and thus support the reconstruction and maintenance of muscle mass. Numerous studies have also shown a positive effect of BCAAs on fatigue resistance, especially in ultra-endurance competitions.

Leucine

Leucine is the most important amino acid in terms of the synthesis of muscle proteins. It has a "trigger" function, ie it ignites and strengthens the growth stimulus for the synthesis of muscle proteins. SPONSER's BCAA preparations provide the maximum permitted daily dose of leucine in accordance with Swiss food law.

Isoleucine, Valine

Together with leucine, these two amino acids stimulate the synthesis of muscle proteins not only as a building block for protein synthesis, but also through their cellular signaling function.

Both ingested and endogenous BCAAs can be used to produce energy (gluconeogenesis) during prolonged exercise, when energy resources (glycogen reserves) are depleted.

Taurine *

Taurine primarily has an antioxidant effect and is involved in many metabolic processes. However, taurine is not an amino acid and does not have the effect of activating or delaying fatigue as is commonly accepted due to its wide use in energy drinks.

Vitamins *

Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to reducing fatigue and supporting proper energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 supports the proper metabolism of protein and glycogen, folic acid contributes to the proper metabolism of amino acids.

Application
