Ingredients

IMMUNOGUARD® is freely available (not a drug) and consists of safe, reliable raw materials without the risk of doping. The product is based on the action of many functionally tested ingredients, such as nucleotides, yeast beta-glucans, arabinogalactan, vitamins (C, D, B12), zinc and extracts of turmeric, Reishi, black pepper and olive leaves. 

Review of the active ingredients of IMMUNOGUARD. 

Nucleotides 
Nucleotides are the basic building blocks of cell replication (RNA and DNA). Nucleotides play a key role when new cells need to be made, for example in making white blood cells for an immune response during an infection. 

Arabinogalactans
ResistAid® arabinogalactans are soluble dietary fibers with immunomodulatory properties by increasing the activity of food cells, cytokines and macrophages. Thus, viruses and bacterial stressors can be better inactivated by the body's increased immune competency, especially in the upper respiratory tract. 

Turmeric extract 
As a component of the Far East diet, turmeric has been considered anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial for centuries. 

Reishi 
Reishi extract is an edible mushroom with anti-inflammatory properties that has also been used in the Far East diet for thousands of years. The mechanism of action is based on bioactive polysaccharides, which, like arabinogalactans or beta-glucans, dock to viral or bacterial stressors and inactivate them.

Olive leaf extract Olive 
leaves are rich in hydroxytyrosol, a substance from a large family of polyphenols with strong antioxidant properties. 

Beta-glucans from yeast 
Beta-glucans are polysaccharides and occur naturally in yeast and grains. Yeast beta-glucans have a slightly different chemical structure than the grain variant and differ in their activity. The yeast beta-glucans simulate pathogens for certain defense bodies, thereby causing the body's immune response to occur so that it can respond more quickly to the actual pathogens. A study in athletes found that athletes with 250 mg of yeast beta-glucans daily suffered significantly less from respiratory infections than placebo. Moreover, the effect was dose dependent, ie the greater the amount of beta-glucan extract, the lower the susceptibility to infection.


Black pepper extract Black pepper naturally contains piperine, which is responsible for its piquancy. Piperine, however, is not only of interest to humans as a sensory molecule. In immune defense, piperine has an antimicrobial effect. Piperine also seems to improve the absorption of other nutrients, such as curcumin, which is why piperine is used in dietary supplements. 

Vitamins and minerals 
Vitamins C, D, B12, folic acid and zinc support the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamins C, E and zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid and vitamin B12 play an important role in the process of cell division.

Application:
