TECHNOLOGIES USED:

ERGOMATIC- strap buckle with red button and multi-stage automatic locking mechanism. Ergomatic can be operated with one hand - you can loosen the strap on the way up and tighten it on the way down - and during a fall the locking mechanism will not open automatically.
HARDSHELL- The helmet consists of a Hi-EPS core and an impact-resistant outer shell made of ABS or polycarbonate. This combination provides maximum safety.
Hi-EPS- the inner shell of all Alpina helmets is made of Hi-EPS (High Expanded Polystyrene). This material has microscopically small air chambers which absorb the forces acting on the helmet in the event of an impact.
RUN SYSTEM ERGO SNOW- allows all Alpina helmets to be adjusted to an individual size by means of an easy to move knob. For its ski helmets, Alpina relies on the proven Run System Classic - a flexible head adjustment system with a central knob.
VENTING SYSTEM- vents ensure optimum air conditioning, air circulation and effectively prevent heat build-up inside the helmet.
Y-CLIP- the helmet can only provide the best possible protection if it remains in the optimum position in the event of an impact. The adjustment and attachment of the two ear straps plays a decisive role. The Y-clip system ensures precise adjustment to the millimetre - in a matter of seconds.
