UNIOR home-made centring machine for bicycle wheels.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Material: premium flex plus carbon steel.
• It is possible to centre wheels from 16 to 29 inches in diameter, with or without tyre.
• Work possible with wheels fitted with hubs up to 157 mm wide.
• The stand is designed for occasional use. It is very easy to use, light (2, 3 kg) and does not take up much space. The left bracket is welded to the base while the right bracket is adjustable according to the length of the axle.

HOW TO USE ?

• The stand can be folded, the supports are laid parallel to the base.
• The stand can also be fixed to a workbench. Screwing increases its stability.
• The sensor is on one side so the wheel needs to be centred first on one side and then reversed and centred on the other side.
• Additional functions allow the checking of solid wheels.
